The project aims to raise awareness of the problem of Orphaned and Vulnerable Children (OVC) affected by the conflict in North East Nigeria. We provide long-term support and rehabilitation to help improve their chances of a decent life.
The project is built on a bases of SENSE – an acronym for Shelter, Education, Nutrition, Support for Health and Wellbeing, and Encouragement. To this end, we provide support to orphanages in the form of food and dietary supplements for the acutely malnourished, as well as educational materials and toys.
Our goal is to establish and run an orphanage to cater to the children till adolescence and support them to become independent and self sufficient.
